1. Who we are / Chúng tôi là ai

Laboho Reviews (“the App”) is an internal web application operated by Laboho Spa, 17 Đặng Thị Nhu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: labohospa@gmail.com.

Laboho Reviews là ứng dụng nội bộ do Laboho Spa vận hành, dùng để theo dõi review Google của chính Laboho Spa.

2. What the App does / Ứng dụng làm gì

The App connects, with the permission of the Business Profile owner, to the Google Business Profile API to read the customer reviews and our own replies of Laboho Spa’s Google Business Profile. It shows them in a private dashboard so staff can search, filter and review them. The App is not offered to the general public.

3. Google user data we access / Dữ liệu Google được truy cập

• Scope requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage (Google Business Profile).
• Data read: the reviews of our own business location (reviewer display name, star rating, comment text, date, and our reply).
• We do not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and we do not read data of other Google users.

4. How we use the data / Cách sử dụng

The data is used only to display and analyse the reviews of Laboho Spa inside the dashboard (counts, ratings, search, alerts about unusual review patterns). We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers that run the App (below).

The App’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and security / Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Review data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) hosted through Vercel. Access to the dashboard requires an account created by the administrator; passwords are stored hashed; sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. The Google refresh token is stored only as an encrypted environment secret on the hosting platform and is never shown in the interface.

6. Retention and deletion / Lưu giữ và xóa

We keep review data while the App is in use. The Business Profile owner can revoke the App’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, email labohospa@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.

7. Reviewers’ information / Thông tin người review

Reviews and display names are already public on Google. The App stores only what Google returns for our own location, and uses it solely for internal monitoring.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
